I have no power, a line was down. Mike came out on Sunday and looked things over. He was so very nice and friendly. On Monday I spoke to Jay. Again just absolutely thorough, helpful, friendly. They sent a young man out to trim the trees, sadly I can't remember his name, but he was so nice and helpful. They fixed the line on Tuesday. Such quick service, helpful, friendly. Put my concerns to rest. I highly recommend these fine gentlemen and this company. I could not have been more pleased. They went above and beyond by even reattaching a board to the house that came down and removed an old phone and cable line no longer in use. I can't say enough about how great these guys are. Thank you for everything.
